Therapeutic Approaches

I specialize in a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities to support your mental health journey. My approach is tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, incorporating the following methods:

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
ACT helps clients embrace their thoughts and feelings rather than fighting or feeling guilty for them. Through this approach, I work with you to develop psychological flexibility, enabling you to live a value-driven life despite the challenges you may face.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
CBT is a widely recognized and effective approach that focuses on identifying and modifying negative thought patterns and behaviors. Together, we work to challenge these thoughts and replace them with healthier, more constructive ones.

Exposure Response Prevention (ERP)
ERP is a specialized form of cognitive-behavioral therapy particularly effective for treating anxiety disorders and OCD. This technique involves gradual exposure to feared situations or thoughts, while learning to resist the accompanying compulsions, leading to reduced anxiety and increased confidence.

Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT)
I-CBT offers a unique perspective, particularly in the treatment of OCD. This approach addresses the reasoning processes that lead to obsessive thinking and behaviors. By targeting the inferences that give rise to obsessions, I-CBT helps you break free from the cycle of OCD.

My goal is to provide a supportive and collaborative environment where you can explore these therapeutic approaches and find the most effective path for you. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, OCD, or other challenges, I'm here to guide you with compassion and expertise.
